The doctors and staff at Potomac Pediatrics are committed to delivering comprehensive medical care that will address family health and lifestyle needs. They strive to be accessible to their patients in times of need.

Potomac Pediatrics reached out to COGO to get a better handle on how to manage their social media presence. They also asked us to redesign their website, optimize the site for competitive searches on Google and help them to digitize their online forms. They also wanted the capability to receive online payments.

The Solution:

Once we completed our audit of the Potomac Pediatrics’ online presence, we recommended an upgraded website that was customized on the WordPress platform.

We then optimized the website with Google so it would attract more website traffic and begin to competitively rank for keywords and keyword phrases that would get the practice ranked on the first page of Google.

COGO’s development team also digitized all the patient and administrative forms so patients could access all forms from the website and also complete and submit all forms online.We also created and added an Ecommerce component to the website so patients could pay bills online.

All patient forms are now digitized and can be filled out and submitted online
Potomac Pediatrics now ranks on the first page of Google for over 44 search terms
Website traffic has increased by 124%
In 2017, there were 191 online form leads from the website
All online leads are trackable
